Traders may discuss potential markets and/or stocks in the discussion forums.

Stocks with great potential will be added, and if necessary a new market will be created.

At least 10 stocks are needed to form a new market.

Once a listed stock is considered obsolete, no longer desirable or for whatever reasons deemed inappropriate for XMoo VSE, it will be delisted after a two-week notice in the discussion forums.

Shareholders of a delisted stock will receive a rebate at $0.10 per share, regardless of the final closing price at time of delisting.
